Dr. Mohamed Behnassi is currently a Senior Environmental Expert at the Economic, Social & Environmental Council (CESE) of Morocco. He is also a Professor of Higher Education (On secondment) and Director of the Center for Research in Environment, Human Security and Governance (CERES). His research interests include international environmental and climate change law, human security, sustainable development and human rights. He is the author of a significant number of collective works, articles and chapters, as well as numerous papers presented at scientific conferences.
