Ms. Mounia Lahlou is currently and since 2015, Director of Development of the Green City of Benguerir SADV / OCP.
She has over 25 years of professional experience in the fields of urban planning, architecture and housing. She was Director of the Urban Agency of Meknes and former Central Director at the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development: Director of Real Estate Promotion.
Ms. Mounia is an architect by training and graduated from the National School of Architecture (ENA) in Rabat. She also holds a Master’s degree in advanced public action (Ecole des Ponts/UM6P).
