Prof. Mohammed Abdelfattah Charif-Chefchaouni holds an engineering degree from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de l’Aaéronautique (1980) and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago (1994).
Currently, he is a Professor of Higher Education at the National Institute of Posts and Telecommunications.
