Pr. Fulton holds a PhD in biosystems and agricultural engineering from the University of Kentucky.
John was named the 2013 Precision Agriculture Educator of the Year by the Precision Ag Institute.
He is currently employed as Professor in the Department of Food, Agriculture, and Biological Engineering at the Ohio State University.
