Mohamed HAMOU is an engineer in chemical & petrochemical processes, graduated from the Higher School of Hydrocarbons and Chemistry (Boumerdes, Algeria). He holds a PhD in Chemical Reaction Engineering from Claude Bernard University (Lyon, France). His research work has enabled him to acquire scientific skills both in chemical engineering (phenomenological modeling, process intensification, experimental measurements, etc.) and in applied mathematics (numerical methods, optimization, scientific programming). has worked on different issues and multidisciplinary issues related to the oil and gas industry, the phosphate industry and its derivatives. He has collaborated with various academic and industrial partners, from various fields such as process control, organic chemistry and catalysis.
